Cancellation policy

Should cancellation be less than nine days in advance, and we are unable to resell the room, the full charge for the stay will be made. Should cancellation be between 30 to 10 days prior arrival 30% will be charged if we are unable to rebook the room.
In the case of an anticipated departure, the amount of the initial stay will be integrally charged.
