Domaine de la Brillane

This, for us, is the wine most representative of the terroir of La Brillane – wines of elegance, freshness, and yet with enough body to stand the test of time.
The last 4 years were very good years for us : the drought and heatwave that was so hard on other parts of France worked to our advantage – these were really years for the Southern French varieties of grape : we have never produced better Carignan and Counoise, while the Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, thanks to their low yields, produced concentration and body.
