Our baby Cuvée, this is an assemblage of old Cinsaut, younger Grenache, and a small amount of Counoise – one of the thirteen varieties used in Chateauneuf du Pape, but rare nowadays. This Cuvée is an alternative to most domaines’ rosés – light, refreshing, with a big emphasis on fruit, we believe this is an ideal summer lunchtime drink – slightly chilled with a barbecue, and preferably, a good dose of Provençal sun !
