The Domaine

The aim at La Brillane is to limit the yields of the vines – we believe strongly in the inverse correlation between quantity and quality, and all our work in the fields reflects this – severe pruning is followed by two passages of ‘ebourgeonnage’, and then in early summer by a further thinning of the bunches, notably in our younger grapes.
