The Domaine

We run the vineyard on an organic basis : no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used – not from a religious conviction, but rather from the belief that if you don’t need to add synthetic substances to your soil, and can achieve the desired end result of clean, healthy vines by means of a bit more elbow grease – choose that route instead. And we do – working the soil, using horse manure as compost, and using only sulphur and copper sulphate to spray the vines.
