The Domaine

The vineyard is situated 7 km North of Aix en Provence, within the Appellation Coteaux d’Aix en Provence – an area where wine has been made since the Romans, but where for a number of years the reputation of the local wines was linked to quantity rather than to quality. A reputation which is changing as new investments are made and there is a growing awareness – that with the ever increasing number of high quality wine regions around the world, there is no longer any place for mediocrity : the day of the one litre bottle with stars round the neck is gone.
