Experience a day in the life of the vigneron

To the outside world, making wine is often reduced to the period of the vendanges, but the reality is so different : the harvest is only the end of the chain, a chain which starts in January when we prune, followed by the essential task of ‘ébourgeonnage’ or de-budding which takes place in May and June, through the ‘green harvest’ or thinning of the bunches which happens between June and the middle of July.
